Chicken loaf, also known as chicken roll,[1] is a processed cooked chicken meat product that is sold across Australian, New Zealand and American Delis.

Overview
[edit]A chicken loaf contains about 60 to 70% chicken meat mixed with basic spices and a binder(s).[2][3]
It is put in sandwiches or salads with mayonnaise and more.
In America a Chicken loaf is less common today than in past decades, It has historical roots in the 1930s, such as the fried chicken loaf served in St. Louis.
