Alba Ramirez (born 6 September 2003) is a Spanish multi-event athlete. She is the reigning Spanish champion in the pentathlon having won the title at the Spanish Indoor Athletics Championships in 2025. She is also the Spanish under-23 champion in heptathlon.[1]
Career
[edit]Ramirez was born in Madrid but moved to Province of Castellón in the Valencian community in September 2024 to train under Manoli Alonso.[2]
In February 2025, she won the Spanish U23 indoor pentathlon title. Shortly afterwards, she also won the Spanish Indoor Athletics Championships pentathlon, finishing ahead of defending champion Andrea Medina with a total of 4,102 points.[3][4][5] In July 2025, she won the heptathlon at the Spanish U23 Championships.[6]
