Eastridge Workforce Management (EWM) is a workforce solutions provider specializing in Employer of Record (EOR), Managed Service Provider (MSP), and Vendor Management System (VMS) services. Formed in February 2025 through the acquisition of workforce management divisions from Eastridge Workforce Solutions by Workwell Group, the company manages over $400 million in contingent workforce spend across North America.^[1]
