Henry Dover (born 15 October 2005) is a British runner.[1]
Early life
[edit]Dover attended Woodbridge School from 2019 before earning a scholarship at Oklahoma State University in the United States.[2]
Career
[edit]In November 2023, he won the Liverpool Cross Challenge U20 race.[3] In December 2023, he placed sixth in the under-20 men’s race at the 2023 European Cross Country Championships in Brussels.[4]
He set a personal best over 5000 metres of 13:36.29 in Palo Alto in April 2025.[5]
