A cornered escaped prisoner with hostages in Illinois has dialogue with a trained FBI Crisis Negotiator.^[1]

The series is directed for Netflix by Philip Barantini and written by Peter Craig with Adam Driver leading the cast and an executive producer, alongside Craig and Barantini.^[2]^[3]

Regina Hall, Will Poulter and Odessa Young joined the cast in January 2026.^[4]^[5]
