Ibex Global is an American multinational corporation which provides CX outsourcing for startups, scale-ups, and blue-chips. It is based in Washington, D.C..[1]
History

Ibex was founded in 2002. It is mostly owned & controlled by TRG Pakistan and serves as one of its major investments.
In 2014, Ibex opened a call center in Spring Hill, Tennessee.[2]
In 2018, Ibex closed its call center in Indiana and laid off 105 employees.[3]
