Michaela Chalon "Mickey" Lee (March 31, 1990 – December 25, 2025) was an American television personality best known for appearing on the twenty-seventh season of the reality television series Big Brother. Outside of television, she worked as an event curator and was associated with the event company The Mingle Experience.[1]
Early life and career
[edit]Lee was born on March 31, 1990, in Jacksonville, Florida. She spent her early life there, before later relocating to Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to her appearance on Big Brother, she had several jobs as a model, a celebrity wedding planner, an event manager, and an event coordinator.[2]
Big Brother
[edit]On July 8, 2025, Lee was announced as one of sixteen houseguests competing on the twenty-seventh season of Big Brother.[3] The cast was later expanded to seventeen following the addition of Rachel Reilly as a surprise mystery houseguest.
During the season, Lee won an interrogation power connected to a Head of Household (HOH) twist and subsequently became Head of Household in week four. She later won a Block Buster competition in week six. Lee was evicted in week eight after being nominated alongside eventual winner Ashley Hollis. She finished in tenth place after spending 59 days in the house and was the final houseguest evicted prior to the jury phase.[4]
Death
[edit]Lee died on December 25, 2025, at the age of 35. Her death was announced by her family through her Instagram account the day after. Following the announcement of her death, tributes were paid by comedian Rickey Smiley, Big Brother host Julie Chen Moonves and several former houseguests.[5]
