Nando Bhattacharya was an Indian cinematographer who worked primarily in Hindi and Bengali cinema. His cinematography career and contributions span more than three decades from 1969 and 2004.
During this period, he worked with several leading directors in Hindi and Bengali, most notably, Basu Bhattacharya, Tarun Majumdar, and Prabhat Roy. The other directors he has worked with include Swapan Saha, Ashim Samanta, Shomu Mukherjee, Kailash Chopra, Srinibas Chakraborty, Milan Bhowmick, S Ramanathan, Manik Chatterjee, Ranjan Bose, and Kishore Kumar.
Besides, Anubhav, his most notable movies as a cinematographer include Aradhana (1969), Aavishkar (1974), Balika Badhu (1976) Ghar (1978), Aamne Samne (1982), Lathi (1996), and Ami Je Tomari (1998).[1]
