Praxedo is a French software company that develops a cloud-based field service management (FSM) platform. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Paris, the company provides software for dispatching, scheduling, and technician tracking to service organizations internationally, primarily in Europe and North America, but also in Africa, Asia and Australia.[2]
History
[edit]Praxedo was founded in 2005 by Jean de Broissia and Pierre Lavigne.[3] From 2005 to 2022, the company operated as a self-funded entity.
In March 2022, the private equity firm MBO+, alongside Bpifrance and Eurazeo, acquired a minority stake in the company to support expansion in the United States and Canada.[4]
In April 2023, Praxedo acquired ViiBE, a French startup specialising in video assistance and remote ticketing.[5] The acquisition integrated remote video diagnostic capabilities into Praxedo's core FSM platform.
Products and services
[edit]The company develops a SaaS platform designed for field service organisations (such as telecoms, utilities, and HVAC). The platform includes a web interface for dispatchers to manage schedules and a mobile application for field technicians to view work orders and report data.[2] Features include tools for route optimisation and automated planning. The platform integrates with third-party ERP systems.
Operations
[edit]Praxedo is headquartered in Paris. As of 2023, the company employed 168 people and reported revenue of €23.8 million.[1] It maintains international offices in Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. In 2025, the company expanded its operations in Latin America with a focus on Mexico.[6]
