I propose merging Human Genetic Diversity: Lewontin's Fallacy into The Apportionment of Human Diversity. I think the content in this article is best explained in the context of The Apportionment of Human Diversity, as this paper is a 'response' to Lewontin's article. We should structure an the The Apportionment of Human Diversity#Responses section to be "reception" and discuss the broader reception Lewontin's article has in academic genetics - from Edwards' paper to others. We already have to spend a significant portion of this article describing Lewontin's argument, and given that this paper is a direct response to that one, it's best covered in the greater context where we can cover how the entire academic discourse unfolded (e.g. Lewontin, Edwards, Rosenberg, Winther, Witherspoon, a recent paper by Charles Roseman [1]) rather than highlighting one response (which obviously did spark greater discourse).
