Template talk:A note

This template was considered for merging with Template:Note2 on July 20, 2020. The result of the discussion was merge.

Template:A note is indefinitely protected from editing as it is a heavily used or highly visible template. Substantial changes should first be proposed and discussed here on this page. If the proposal is uncontroversial or has been discussed and is supported by consensus, editors may use {{edit template-protected}} to notify an administrator or template editor to make the requested edit. Usually, any contributor may edit the template's documentation to add usage notes or categories. Any contributor may edit the template's sandbox. This template does not have a testcases subpage. What size are we going for with this? The only mention of size in the TfD was to standardise across the category, but icons in the category use a mixture of 16, 18 and 20 px. The former is 16px and the latter is 20px. imo the 16px of the former looks best in context. ProcrastinatingReader (talk) 18:14, 27 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for letting me know; since this image is in the public domain, it should probably be unlinked, and a parameter would need to be introduced into {{Respond}} to support that.
