I registered my user name on Wikipedia on September 13, 2006, but I made my very first contribution (i.e., I "formally" became a Wikipedian) when I did improving edits to this article on December 20, 2006.
I also occasionally edit the Spanish language Wikipedia. See my profile there.
I have always been fascinated by the martial arts, primarily by their emphasis on multi-level things like physical and spiritual well-being, self-defense, discipline, technical complexity and beauty of movement. In my studies, I've found that the most powerful ones (and the most appealing to me) are the Chinese Internal Martial Arts (Neijia). My journey towards Neijia started in 2003. I currently study, practice, and teach Yang style Tai Chi Chuan under Master Yang Jun and study and practice Traditional Wudang Dan Pai Tai Chi Chuan (QiGong Tai Chi Chuan) under Master Lu Mei-Hui and Master Chang Wu-Na.
We appreciate your knowledge about the martial arts and I, TheObsidianFriar (talk) 01:00, 16 February 2013 (UTC), hereby award Panicpgh the Martial Arts Barnstar for valued contributions to WikiProject Martial Arts.
