Airport Edits
[edit]- The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section.
Every change I've done, I've provided an article or shown on timetable. It is clear you do not understand that the aviation industry is not going to celebrate cutting routes or post new articles every time a start date changes, but I reliably post the information showing this. By keep editing and removing, and not wanting to even consider the change is indeed correct you are indeed vandalising — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.199.232.66 (talk) 11:06, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
- See WP:AIRPORTCONTENT. Sources must be independent so Rynair or Bournemouth airport websites simply don't count. As for the Times articles, they do not say when or whether the route will be cut, only that capacity is being reduced. That's not the same thing at all. 10mmsocket (talk) 10:09, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
- So you'd rather the pages be incorrect when both airline and airport confirm routes are gone? Airlines don't advertise cuts. How else are Wikipedia meant to stay factual if you don't want to understand that airline's don't advertise cuts. Many routes remain off sale but if deleted from both airport and airline, surely you can see the accuracy in that?
- And you reverted edits which come from other sources too. I elaborate reasons but you don't want to understand the rationale. 85.199.232.66 (talk) 10:26, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
- WP:NOTTRUTH - we don't care about the truth only about what can be referenced with independent reliable sources. Again the airport project guidelines are clear about the need for *independent* sources. 10mmsocket (talk) 10:32, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
- That is not the point of Wikipedia at all. You just have a vendetta and wish to edit to suit your interest as don't want to admit you're wrong. I have provided clear evidence of routes, provided links and sources. So your edits are vandalism as you are promoting fake news 85.199.232.66 (talk) 10:36, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
