Permission for Draft:Era Joshi Submission for Review
[edit]Please provide me the permission to submit Draft: Era Joshi for review because I can change the draft to address the concerns of the reviewers.Zoe Sharma (talk) 12:26, 4 January 2025 (UTC)
- Absolutely not. You can edit the rejected draft but you may not submit it for AfC review. If you do edit the draft so it shows any shred of notability, you can ask about it, but that must happen first.
- What is your connection to Era Joshi? --bonadea contributions talk 13:14, 4 January 2025 (UTC)
Seeking clarity on Notable person submission
[edit]Hi Draft:James Brown (New South Wales politician), thank you for your comment on the profile I am submitting (Draft:James Brown (New South Wales politician)) I would like to ask for your guidance to what need to be addressed to resubmit this for approval? For clarity I have added further references from reputable third party sources to back up this submission, however, note that I also don't want my draft to be deleted if it isn't 100% correct. Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you soon Cameronwise (talk) 02:59, 10 January 2025 (UTC)
I trimmed the links above to remove some extra code. --bonadea contributions talk 14:38, 10 January 2025 (UTC)
- Hello @Cameronwise: and thanks for your message. Drafts are not deleted quite so quickly. Usually, a draft will be deleted 6 months after it was last edited, unless they contain copyright violations, personal attacks, or blatant promotion, none of which applies to this draft. About resubmitting it – I am fairly sure that if you were to resubmit it now, it would be declined again. All the information in the Early life, Education, and Military career lacks citations; in a biography of a living person, all information should have an in-line citation, to verify the content. I can't see any of that information in any of the sources, other than some of the military stuff (though I haven't scrutinised the sources that closely). Where do the claims about his early life, schooling, and personal details such as number of children come from? --bonadea contributions talk 14:38, 10 January 2025 (UTC)
- Hi @Bonadea,
- Thank you for your detailed response—it is much appreciated. I am not particularly familiar with the backend processes of Wiki, so your explanation has provided me with much-needed clarity.
- Regarding in-line citations, I now understand the importance of verifying content and will address this in the amendments. Once these updates are made, would it be possible to have the submission reviewed by you again before resubmission?
- Additionally, I now too, have a better understanding of the guidelines concerning 'self-promotion.' This profile is intended to highlight the individual’s notable contributions as a community leader, not for personal promotion. Considering this, and the origin of the initial submission, would it be better to amend the current submission or start anew with a clean slate?
- Once again, thank you for your guidance, and I look forward to your advice on how best to proceed.
- Kind regards Cameronwise (talk) 22:07, 12 January 2025 (UTC)
highly appreciate your contributions. [edit]Thanks for your last comments — they helped me to understand what to do and improve the submission.
I believe that all the issues, which you specified previously, are addressed now. It includes a drastic size reduction (~70%), using a neutral style, adding additional sources, and removing inline references. I hope that any kind of advertisement is corrected too. In the last page version, there are only facts, sources, and links. No personal opinion.
As you asked I added additional sources — now references have more than 100 sources. Any statement that was not backed up with a source is removed.
I hope that the page is ready for review.
Thanks Atetelbaum (talk) 16:35, 22 January 2025 (UTC)
Thank you for taking the time to review my draft submission.
C3.ai is another very similar company that is no more notable than SymphonyAI and yet they have an article that was created less than two years ago. Can you please let me know why C3.ai can have a article but not SymphonyAI?
Also the founder and current chairman of SymphonyAI Romesh Wadhwani has his own article so he must be notable enough?
Mirkster (talk) 16:38, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- @Mirkster: thank you for your message. It is important to recognise the fact that no company – and no person – "has a Wikipedia article", and that there are many, many articles that do not meet the notability criteria or other Wikipedia guidelines. So the fact that there is an article about another company has no bearing on whether or not there could be an article about SymphonyAI. That being said, it is only natural that you should compare articles about other companies; I think there is more notability shown in the article about C3.ai, because it does not simply talk about run-of-the-mill activities like funding and acquisitions (and this source is a textbook example of what is meant by "significant coverage in reliable, independent, secondary sources"). I hope that makes sense. Regards, --bonadea contributions talk 21:18, 27 January 2025 (UTC)
- @Bondea: Thank for pointing out the distinction that no company or person has ownership of an article. I meant to say they have an article written about them, not that they own it but I see now that my choice of words did imply ownership.
- This is my first article so thank you for providing that textbook example, yes it does make sense now. I am interested in AI technologies and believe there should be article about this company because of its unified AI platform which makes it unique. I will see if I find a good source to verify this.
- Thanks again for your comments and guidance. Mirkster (talk) 09:23, 28 January 2025 (UTC)

[edit]I was about to comment in concurring with deletion, but I see that the drafts in question have already been deleted. Those drafts that you nominated were not eligible for G4. I don't know whether the timing made them ineligible, but they were definitely ineligible because they were not in the same namespace, which means that they were not sufficiently identical, because the rules for deletion from article space and the rules for deletion from draft space are significantly different. I was about to comment to that effect, but to agree that the drafts should be deleted as violating the policy on biographies of recently dead people when the only newsworthy matter was the death. My point is that G4 never applies to drafts of articles that were deleted. Sometimes when an article is deleted, it is deleted because it should be in draft space. In this case, the drafts were deleted because they should not have been in draft space. So G4 only applies to drafts if they were already deleted from draft space by MFD, not if they were deleted from article space by AFD. That is a precise distinction, and your nomination was sort of an exception to an exception. Robert McClenon (talk) 18:04, 6 February 2025 (UTC)
Hi there! I noticed you recently nominated Draft:Atelopus harlequin for G12 speedy deletion. However, you didn't include a link stating the original source, and Earwig isn't showing any copyright violations. I have declined the speedy deletion nomination for now, but if you have more information, feel free to reply here and/or renominate the draft. Thank you! - @Significa liberdade: Thanks for your note! It is a bit of a puzzler where to put the source in a CSD G12 nomination, when it is an offline source. I see another admin did delete the draft, so it is all sorted. Best, --bonadea contributions talk 08:13, 7 February 2025 (UTC)

Would you be willing to point out the specific portions of the article that you are referring to? Jknacnud (talk) 02:47, 20 February 2025 (UTC)
- @Jknacnud: I'm afraid it applies to the entire draft. I have consolidated a number of references – a press release which was republished in several publications – and removed some promotional quotes from the press release, but that does not mean that what remains is any less promotional. --bonadea contributions talk 12:30, 20 February 2025 (UTC)
- @Bonadea: Thank you for the feedback! I will keep working on it. Jknacnud (talk) 15:37, 20 February 2025 (UTC)
Hey @Bonadea, I've seen you have recently moved Draft:Shouryuv to draftspace citing more sources required, and a possible COI. I had actually reviewed it earlier, then the creator seems to have mistakenly moved it to draft and back to main, causing it to lose the reviewed status. I was wondering why you thought it was not ready for mainspace. It seems to have enough sources, and per WP:DIRECTOR, the movie that this director is known for has significant coverage, which is also cited in the article. I'm not sure about COI, but the article seems to have been written in a neutral tone. Thought to ask your opinion before any doing anything myself. ~/Bunnypranav:<ping> 11:58, 25 February 2025 (UTC)
William Wimmera
[edit]Hello Bonadea. You have just declined my draft about William Wimmera. I am a new editor and had thought I was saving to my sandbox while I worked on the draft. I have been researching the topic for a number of years and am transferring citations from another document. Please could you advise if I am working on the document in the wrong place or can save changes without pressing 'publish'? Thanks for your help. Queenday23 (talk) 13:33, 26 February 2025 (UTC)
- @Queenday23: thank you for your message. It looks like another editor submitted the draft (I have no idea why!) and I sympathise with that being frustrating. Don't worry about it; you do have to click "Publish" in order to save anything on Wikipedia, but that does not mean that you are asking for the draft to be reviewed. That only happens if you click the blue "Submit" button on the draft. That your draft was submitted prematurely won't count against it in a future review. Regards --bonadea contributions talk 15:54, 26 February 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you for your help with this. Will continue working on the draft and hope to get there in the end. Queenday23 (talk) 10:05, 27 February 2025 (UTC)
Tatiana Reed
[edit]- A copied message with regards to your recent decline of my proposed article:
- Hi @Bonadea. Don't quite understand your rationale? The Wikipedia notoriety criteria states that three accurate and reliable sources are required which show significant coverage. I have provided three: 1) Country Life, a full-article feature on Reed. 2) Classic Driver, a high-brow journalistic source with another full-article feature. 3) the Mail Online article, which although tabloid, provides the same information as the former two. While some may argue, it is the content that's notable (i.e., arguably Reed's Land Rover, not Reed herself), it is Reed, her personality and adventures that are being reported on, fuelled by her interest in her Land Rover.
- Furthermore, while the podcast and YouTube sources are primary and not peer-reviewed, the frequency of them (plus Reed's undeniable presence throughout them), provides a guide as to her social media influence, and the scope of her out-reach.
- Please could you confirm your issues with my sourcing?
- TIA... Mac Edmunds (talk) 21:05, 5 March 2025 (UTC)

This is wrong
[edit]Hello, I want to clarify that I am a student at Kocaeli Health and Technology University and have no financial affiliation with the institution. I am not being compensated in any way for editing this article. My sole intention was to improve the article by adding reliable sources and ensuring that the university is fairly represented, just like many other universities that have pages on Wikipedia, even those without significant recognition.
I have addressed the concerns raised by adding multiple reputable sources, including WHED, AD Scientific Index, and Times Higher Education. These sources confirm the university’s notability. Given these improvements, I kindly request a review of the article and reconsideration of the maintenance templates.
Thank you for your time and consideration.”

Regarding "My Husband's Wife"
[edit]Thank you for your comments. I will keep your advice going forward regarding quotations and sources.
However, I do not understand the reversion to edits of My Husband's Wife, I understand you said to respect other variations of english, but it's an Egyptian movie and as far as I'm aware Egypt does not have an English variant. The plot summary is hard to read as is and seems poorly worded.
I also took the IMDb description of the plot of the movie and added it because it reads much smoother. Factinator5000 (talk) 14:08, 18 March 2025 (UTC)
- The revert had nothing to do with English varieties – that was an issue with some of your other edits, but not this one. There are multiple reasons why we can't copy plot descriptions from IMDB: most importantly because it is a copyright violation, but also because such plot descriptions are written in a promotional tone, and almost never cover the entire plot. I agree that the existing plot summary isn't very well-written, but the main problem with it is actually that the reader doesn't find out what happens in the film, only its premise. --bonadea contributions talk 14:15, 18 March 2025 (UTC)

Clarity on Draft:Derivan
[edit]Hi Bonadea, I am slightly confused exactly on where exactly the problem lies, as the pages I had based this one off (Liquitex, Golden Artist Colours, Winsor & Newton, and some other Acrylic paint manufacturers) all have equal or fewer sources (on some of the pages are primarily their own websites too just in different formats like webarchive), less information on their pages, and are written from the same perspective? And I added the brand name to the artist materials brands in the acrylic section as I presumed it was supposed to be a list of any notable brands. How do you suggest I work on this so it has a chance of being approved? I am still fairly new to the whole wikipedia thing and am just struggling to understand a bit. The Maine Maritime Academy
has used the Training Ship State of Maine for a number of years. It is mentioned often on their site and in the press including articles about its final training trip -summer 2024- and this replacement ship. The proposed page describes the replacement ship (see reference 1). Note that both the existing TS State of Maine page and the page for National Security Multi-Mission Vessels mention this replacement ship (5 maritime academies are getting replacements).
There are some other press accounts, mostly older, but I don't understand what they would add that isn't included in the MMA official press release and the two press accounts I have referenced. Please give me an example of something that I could add that would make this page ok.
Kronveldt (talk) 16:34, 3 April 2025 (UTC)
- Oh, and the Maine Maine Maritime Academy wikipage has a placeholder for this ship in their list of training ships:
- Training ships
- The academy has utilized a number of vessels over the years to provide hands-on training and instruction opportunities for cadets at sea, usually former U.S. Navy ships. Each of the academy's training ships bear the same name, TS State of Maine, during their respective time in service as the academy training ship.

@Bonadea: I appreciate your review and redirect to the information on Music Bands for qualifications of Nobility. I noticed line 10, "Has performed music for a work of media that is notable" CJM Productions "Country Fix" Television Show, Aired on ABC Family, CMT (Country Music Television) Aired to over 100,000,000 Households. -How or why wouldn't this qualify?
- @MainlandIsland: Does that refer to this link that is listed under "References" but not actually cited as a source? You only quoted a snippet from the criterion, which reads
Has performed music for a work of media that is notable, such as a theme for a network television show, performance in a television show or notable film, inclusion on a notable compilation album. (But if this is the only claim, it is probably more appropriate to have a mention in the main article and redirect to that article. Read the policy and notability guideline on subjects notable only for one event, for further clarifications).
It is not clearly notable so the criterion doesn't apply, and that link does not mention Tyler Truth so it doesn't verify your claim that he performed there, much less that he performed the theme music. What is your reason for believing that he did so? --bonadea contributions talk 19:06, 15 April 2025 (UTC)
- Because he did. The snippet I pulled from the episode air date has him as the HOST of the Country Fix Episode # 516 and music video in Rotation on more episodes. I will reach out to get the actual air dates from the CJM Productions "Country FIX" studios on CMT and ABC Family and add them to the page, if I left them out. I am almost positive I added it in the references but I will double check this. MainlandIsland (talk) 01:29, 16 April 2025 (UTC)

There must have been a software glitch of some kind – sorry about that. In any case, the decline notice on the draft itself contains this information. [edit]could you please help me publish this article and can you guide me so that i can learn editing quickly ! kindly let me know how can i improve my article Santhoesh venkat (talk) 11:33, 8 May 2025 (UTC)
- @Santhoesh venkat: I'm afraid it takes time to learn how to edit Wikipedia well. I advise you to edit existing articles for a few months before you try to create a new article. I don't mean that you should go through lots of articles and make minor grammar changes – that is not a very good way to learn editing, and it requires a pretty strong command of English, but focus on really improving articles about notable topics.
- Draft:Sriram Karthick is very far from becoming an article, and it does not look like there could be an article about him at this time. This is not an acceptable source (automatically generated landing page, and TOI is not a reliable source for biographies); this mentions his name in passing; this doesn't mention him at all. Like the decline notice says, there must be multiple sources that meet all the requirements described in the notice, to show notability. In addition, there is a lot of information in the draft that has no source. How do you know when or where he was born, or that he has received awards? --bonadea contributions talk 13:17, 8 May 2025 (UTC)

- Do you feel there is any additional information you are able to add to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ghostiwe? I've been digging away and found linkages or possible linkages to an amazing number of sock farms, which may be linked to or be a larger organisation still. Morsels from others might be valuable.
- As for articles by the named sock OgaMusa, I have taken to sending them straight to AfD if there is a reasonable chance of success. The tenuous ones can be handled at SPI of course. I saw you just sent one to draft. I've just given that one a second (and presumably pointless) UPE warning. 🇵🇸🇺🇦 FiddleTimtrent FaddleTalk to me 🇺🇦🇵🇸 09:17, 18 May 2025 (UTC)

Admin election?
[edit]Hejsan,
I was thinking (along with dozens of others, apparently...), you would make an excellent admin. I also know that you've previously expressed some reservations about the RfA process – and who could blame you? So I just wanted to flag up, if flagging up was needed, that there is likely an election coming up in 2-3 months' time, and it would be really great if you would consider running. I sure would be happy to nominate you, although I also realise I'm joining the end of a long queue there, with many veritable Big Name admins ahead of me. Anyway, just wanted to float the idea. And if I can provide any advice or other input based on my own experience of having gone through the pilot election last year, let me know.
-- DoubleGrazing (talk) 13:59, 20 May 2025 (UTC)
- Sooo... I guess your silence should tell me something already, but since I've never been very quick on the uptake, I'll just ignore that and pester you some more. Tomorrow, the next admin election opens for candidate sign-ups/nominations: Administrator elections/July 2025. How's about it? :) DoubleGrazing (talk) 16:16, 8 July 2025 (UTC)
Draft: CSOP Asset Management
[edit]Dear reviewer I have seen your comment left on my draft "CSOP Asset Management". Could you kindly name which references are not sufficient to show notability and non-independent. Draft:Zumper article decline question
[edit]Hi Bonadea, thanks for your feedback on this draft and I wanted to see if you could offer any insight. Zumper is consistently used as a reliable source of rental data by major publications and Wikipedia. I did not add a section about our rental data in the draft nor press articles covering Zumper's data as I thought those would come across as too self promotional and against the guidelines. You can actually see a Wall Street Journal article from today quoting Zumper's NYC rental data (https://www.wsj.com/real-estate/nyc-broker-fee-housing-rent-70b11530). Would adding a section on our rental data that many reputable sources cite help with getting this article approved and published? ZumperCrystal (talk) 17:33, 11 June 2025 (UTC)
- Sources using their data are probably not going to be useful for showing notability. If there are independent, reliable sources that discuss the fact that Zumper's data is used by others, that might be possible to use. But if Wikipedia articles use Zumper as a source, that does not show any notability – Wikipedia is not a reliable source! --bonadea contributions talk 09:38, 12 June 2025 (UTC)

- Hi @Sunhighway27: I am not following you. I had to look at your contributions to understand which articles/drafts you meant – it is true that I declined Draft:Frootbat and that I posted to your user talk page asking you to stop moving Greenstreet, Missouri to draftspace, but I never reflected on the fact that the same editor was involved with both articles/drafts. Looking at my own contributions, I declined the Frootbat draft late in the evening of 10 June, and posted to your user talk page about the Greenstreet AfD late in the evening of 11 June (with a loong working day in between), so I think I am forgiven for not noticing the fact that I posted twice to the same user talk page :-) As for the Greenstreet AfD nomination, that was nothing to do with me, and I certainly do not hate you. I was actually going to post to the AfD discussion page to say that I completely understand that it sucks to have an article you created nominated for deletion (I've been there myself), but didn't want to make the discussion even longer. Anyway, I hope this explains things. --bonadea contributions talk 20:27, 12 June 2025 (UTC)

- Polymath, innit.
- BTW, do you know the user from Germany, who pops up every now and then to publish her (?) autobio where she claims to be married to Jason Momoa? I've blocked a few of her accounts recently, and then blocked a /64 range of IPv6 addresses as obvious block evasions of those accounts.
- What has this got to do with anything, you ask? Well, when I was looking at the edit history of the Emanuel Krüger article, it had dozens of edits from earlier this year from IPs, and when I clicked on those, they all turned out to be part of the range I'd blocked for BE.
- Weird, huh? The same hoaxer, or some German hoax collective? -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 14:45, 1 October 2025 (UTC)
- That is weird. I do recall the Bride of Momoa, vaguely, but didn't connect her to this... it could be a coincidence I suppose (how broad are IPv6 ranges anyway?) but still worth keeping an eye on. Btw, there are three registered accounts I know of that have been involved with the Krüger articles: PromiTV which you just blocked, and VMFilms, and S.kranich. The latter two are dormant, but unblocked. --bonadea contributions talk 16:00, 1 October 2025 (UTC)
- "Bride of Momoa" ha! Good one. S0091 (talk) 16:03, 1 October 2025 (UTC)
- Yeah, I considered those other two accounts, but since they've not edited for a year or two, I thought I'd leave them for now. S.kranich is already blocked on de.wiki, so clearly up to no good.
- I'm certainly not a networking expert (understatement alert!), but AFAIK a /64 is quite unlikely to be allocated to more than one user. When blocking IPv6's with Twinkle, it even recommends blocking the /64 rather than individual nodes.
- The Bride of Momoa (LOL) comes across so strange, that it's either someone seriously unhinged, or a hoaxer trying to give that impression. I thought the former, but now I'm not so sure. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 16:16, 1 October 2025 (UTC)

- This was sort of a copypaste move; the original draft is still at Draft:International Alliance against State Kidnapping and Hostage-Taking. The new version was created in the main space at Alliance Against State Hostage Taking, moved by the author to International Alliance against State-Kidnapping and Hostage-Taking, and draftified from there to Draft:International Alliance against State-Kidnapping and Hostage-Taking (which has one more hyphen compared with the original). [edit]Hello, @Bonadea! Thank you for reviewing Draft: TalkingParents so quickly after I submitted for review. I reviewed the feedback you left and was wondering if you could provide some examples on where the article can be improved. Additionally, I included as many sources as I could find that seemed to demonstrate notability. Can you explain whether the issue is that podcast episodes are used as sources, or is it something else I'm missing? The guidelines seemed a bit hazy on whether those would count as primary or secondary, so I can remove anything that fails a portion of the notability test. I'll also be reaching out to the AfC Help Desk and the Teahouse for feedback from other editors. Thank you again for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you. [edit]Hey. What do you make of this: Draft:STCLab? It's been created on 7 Nov, but it has a decline template from you dated 19 Oct. There's no earlier deleted version anywhere to be found (that I could find, at least), not with 'STCLab' or 'STC Lab'. There's also nothing in the author's edit history... so now I'm of course thinking there might be another editor (poss. blocked?) in the loop, but wouldn't know where to go looking. Draft:Offerpad
[edit]Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to review the draft.
I fully agree that a draft must be supported by reliable, secondary, and strictly independent sources. On that front, all the sources used in this draft clearly meet those three criteria.
I therefore assume that your concern relates to the “in-depth” requirement. I completely understand why the titles of several articles may give the impression of routine announcements, but after carefully re-examining each source, I believe that at least three of them do reach a level of depth that goes well beyond brief mentions.
To make this as transparent as possible, here are the metrics I compiled for each of these sources — including total word count, number of words strictly dedicated to information about Offerpad (excluding quotations), and the share of the article that this represents:
TechCrunch – “Real estate tech startup Offerpad to go public via SPAC merger in $3B deal”
• Total word count: ~552 • Words specifically about Offerpad (excluding quotations): ~445 • Approx. share focused on Offerpad: ~80.6%
Forbes – “Startup OfferPad Raises $260M Debt, Equity To Upend Homes Sales Market…”
• Total word count: ~431 • Words specifically about Offerpad (excluding quotations): ~312 • Approx. share focused on Offerpad: ~72.4%
The Wall Street Journal – “Offerpad’s Hustle Is Worth Appreciating” (paywalled)
• Total word count: ~381 • Words specifically about Offerpad (excluding quotations): ~262 • Approx. share focused on Offerpad: ~68.7%
From my perspective, these three articles provide multi-paragraph, substantive coverage that goes well beyond routine announcements: they discuss the company’s history, operations, funding, competitive positioning, economics, and strategic challenges in detail.
Of course, I may still not be fully aligned with the exact threshold expected for “in-depth” coverage here, and I would genuinely be interested in your perspective on how you interpret this requirement in this specific case.

- (talk page stalker) @Toometa: I'll let Bonadea speak for themself, but my issue with many of those sources is that they are routine business reporting (funding rounds, IPOs, M&A, etc.), which is invariably based on press releases and similar material supplied by the subject and merely regurgitated by the media outlet into something vaguely resembling journalism. As the originator is the subject itself, it means that they are not independent, even when appearing in an otherwise independent publication. (Same goes for interviews etc.) HTH, -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 16:36, 21 November 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for the clarification, DoubleGrazing. The point about routine announcements does make sense to me. I don’t think we see the independence criterion the same way, but given Bonadea’s note above, I won’t take the discussion further. Thanks again for your time. Question regarding article
[edit]Hi @Bonadea, thanks for reviewing my article about Remembers Group. At some point I used AI to check grammar and editing, but never to create the content or the references, that is entirely my own work. I have changed it quite a lot but I'm afraid that again can be considered AI written (I have checked with multiple tools, and half of them say 100% human writing, but some of them considered there is still any kind of percentage). Do you have any advice on how to proceed? Fnikli (talk) 17:30, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
Guidence regarding Draft
[edit]Hey Bonadea, Thank you for checking in on my AFC of Egyptian Magic. Didn't realize it sounded promotional, thought I was only adding relevant details about the company. I have made changes to the draft. I'm confused about your comment, though, since I didn't add any uses or benefits of the products, only the ingredients. Wouldn't it be considered biased if I added claims regarding what effects the product has or doesn't have? Etumsam (talk) 03:44, 19 November 2025 (UTC)
Resubmission of [[draft:legora]
Hi there, Thanks so much for taking a look at Draft:Legora earlier. I have re-edited the draft taking into account your feedback and resubmitted it. Really appreciate you taking the time to review it. Neilyoung77 (talk) 17:19, 19 November 2025 (UTC)
- Hi @Neilyoung77: you've successfully resubmitted your draft, it will be assessed once a reviewer (not necessarily Bonadea) gets around to it. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 19:25, 23 November 2025 (UTC)

Request on 23:39:38, 25 November 2025 for assistance on AfC submission by Mae at The Urban Monk
[edit]
{{SAFESUBST:Void|
Hi Bonadea,
I hope this message finds you well. I'm following up on my draft submission for Draft:Pedram Shojai, which you reviewed on November 12.
I posted questions on the draft's talk page on November 15, but I understand you may be busy with many reviews. I wanted to reach out directly to see if you might have time to provide guidance.
My questions:
1. Source requirements: I've added 5 major media sources (Detroit Free Press, LA Times, Women's Health Magazine, TODAY Show, Inc.com). What additional coverage would meet Wikipedia's notability standards?
2. Promotional tone: Which specific sections need rewriting? I want to ensure I address the neutral point of view concerns properly.
I'm committed to meeting Wikipedia's standards and would appreciate any specific feedback you can provide. Thank you for your time and volunteer work reviewing articles.
Best regards, Mae at The Urban Monk (talk) 23:39, 25 November 2025 (UTC)

Draft:Circuits (Streaming Platform) 🎉
[edit]Hey @Bonadea. thank you for your pointer on the article draft Draft:Circuits (Streaming Platform) but it is seeming to me like you failed to read the article before declining the moving of the article to main space. I have simply addressed all the things you pointed and mentioned and properly structured the article to comply with the Wikipedia encyclopedia standard of article writing. I see no reason now why it shouldn't be accepted into the article main space. I would most importantly appreciate if you can give a proper second look and possibly go through the changes log to see all the updates that has been made over time. I would also appreciate if you can annotate where on the article that needs to be corrected or assist in putting the context right if need be to make the article comply accordingly. Draft:Mix97FM
[edit]I'm new here and i wanna contribute to the radio articles that i wanna make. I just wanna know what am i missing from the article that i need to put? I put the website links to the info box and the webcast links as well for this article for proof, I deleted the history because Wiki sources is not accepted apparently and its not enough. If you can, I need some help. Thanks! In-FRED-ible (talk) 21:59, 30 November 2025 (UTC)
- @In-FRED-ible: Two things: when a draft has been declined, please don't create the exact same page as an article. Secondly, there are no sources in the draft (or in the new article you created). You were right to remove the unreliable sources, but unless there are actual sources of the kind described on your user talk page, there cannot be an article. The best advice I can offer you is to read the information on your user talk page, and follow the links from the draft decline notices. Thanks, --bonadea contributions talk 09:22, 1 December 2025 (UTC)

Ashish Chanchlani
[edit]I thought that Ashish Chanchlani had recently directed the series Ekaki, which is his first web series as a director, and I had also seen its coverage. So I thought it would be easily pass notability, so I prepared this draft by reducing the protection of the creation protection. I know that there are still many things that can be improved in the draft I wrote and some parts may seem a bit promotional. But the purpose was just to give more detailed information. However, the tone of the writing feels like a promotional one, I think that's the biggest obstacle. Even though three-four books cover his early life, career and other things. I have provided references for all the information in the article. Any suggestions on this blp article. Morekar (talk) 13:55, 7 December 2025 (UTC)
Confusion over Draft
[edit]Hi Bonadea. Thanks for going out of your way to give feedback on my draft (American Pronatalist Movement). I will admit it confused me a bit though. Your feedback instructs me to use sources that were in depth, secondary, reliable and independent of the subject. This is obviously a good rule and I had read the notability page before drafting that article. I'll admit my sources have some problems. There are only four major ones (plus a fifth for supplementary details), which may or may not be enough (I'm a new user and don't know). But I did make sure they were a) from accredited secondary sources (npr, bbc, etc) and b) were dedicated articles on the subject, and all happened to be quite lengthy and in depth. Obviously I trust your instincts as a wikipedian better than my own (something I meant genuinely, though for the life of me I can't make that sound non-sarcastic, sorry), but I'm really not sure what I should do differently. Thanks.
P.S. I noticed the bit at the top about you being preoccupied with other matters but figured you being active reviewing drafts meant you were back on wiki for a bit. If you are busy I 100% understand if this isn't your #1 priority. Orholam (talk) 22:10, 9 December 2025 (UTC)
- @Orholam: thank you for your message. Yeah, life (or rather, sadly death) has been happening but as you say, I am reviewing drafts now and then and am not completely away from Wikipedia. The main problem with your draft is that it appeared to be about an organisation – American Pronatalist Movement – but that was not supported by the sources. I think your sources are fine, as such, it's just a matter of what they really talk about. Does that make sense at all? --bonadea contributions talk 11:33, 10 December 2025 (UTC)
- @Bonadea: Hi again. Sorry I left this response three weeks. I did see your reply the day after but didn't respond for some reason. I'm not sure I understand, but I imagine that's just a matter of not understanding what wikipedia wants. I think I'll table the draft for a few months (things are getting kind of busy anyhow) and rewrite it once I can find some more info to really distinguish the American movement from its other-place counterparts. Again, not sure why I put off responding this far and I'm sorry I did so.
- Hope you and yours are holding out okay. Orholam (talk) 19:34, 30 December 2025 (UTC)
Please check what you are reverting
[edit]You just now removed my reference to nbc news, again, after saying you didn't. Here is one of the things you removed:
See for yourself.
As said, am doing a complete rewrite today. Please wait until tomorrow before again removing references. I plan on changing them all, today. It may be I am misunderstanding the changes you made. If so, I apologize. Rick Norwood (talk) 15:20, 21 December 2025 (UTC)
- @Rick Norwood: Thank you for your message. As I said, the source you link above was never removed (by me or anyone else) – I was actually rather careful to öeave it in. If you can't see it in Draft:Peter J. Skandalakis there must be something amiss with your browser! I have removed the long hagiographic quotes from the junk source https://bioworths.com/pete-skandalakis-biography/ , as well as that source (which had been added four times to the draft). You can see this for yourself: my first removal, my second removal. Regards, --bonadea contributions talk 18:07, 21 December 2025 (UTC)
- Hmmm, I think I might see how the misunderstanding arose. When you view my edit, the left-hand column does show that the nbc source was removed from the section where you'd placed, but if you look at the right-hand column you'll see that I also added the source in the remaining section. (I hope that makes sense!) Regards, --bonadea contributions talk 18:22, 21 December 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you so much for your help. I will now try starting again, and see how far I get. Rick Norwood (talk) 20:15, 21 December 2025 (UTC)
- Here is a link to the version I posted today. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Peter_J._Skandalakis
- There are two points on which I especially need help, footnotes 3 and 4. I was unable to create footnote 3, and do not know what I am doing wrong. And I tried to make footnotes 2 and 4 identical, so there would only be three footnotes visible. That didn't work, either.
- Thanking you in advance for any help you can offer. Rick Norwood (talk) 21:22, 21 December 2025 (UTC)

Regarding Draft:Art of Problem Solving
[edit]Thank you for the previous review and feedback.
I have revised the draft extensively to address the concerns: - Removed all potentially promotional language for a fully neutral tone. - Focused content on verifiable facts supported primarily by independent secondary sources.
Notability is demonstrated through significant coverage in: - The Atlantic (2016, "The Math Revolution") – multiple paragraphs on the company's platform, community, and role in math education. - Common Sense Education review – detailed analysis of divisions, resources, and educational model. - Cathy Duffy Reviews – comprehensive review of curriculum, textbooks, and online tools.
The article is ready for a re-review. I'm ready to make any further adjustments. Thanks! Davidninjaking (talk) 21:49, 29 December 2025 (UTC)

[edit]Hey Bon', thanks for the reminder that this Bjak thing is not a new thing but an old... uh, friend. I've seen these at Bjak, Bjak Group and Bjak.my, each one also in ALL CAPS, and the whole lot in both the draft and main spaces, which gives me 12 titles – do you remember any other variants? I'm going to try to plug this particular time sink a bit, by protecting the main space titles, but leaving the draft ones open as honey pots. Thoughts? -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:04, 5 January 2026 (UTC)

[edit]Hello Bonadea, and thanks for patrolling new pages! I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Park Jeong-koo, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: The reason given is not a valid speedy deletion criterion. You may wish to review the Criteria for Speedy Deletion before tagging further pages. Thank you. CoconutOctopus talk 09:18, 7 January 2026 (UTC)
- @CoconutOctopus: Fair enough – I thought it was an IAR situation, but that's of course always a matter of individual judgment. I will draftify and redirect instead, which amounts to the same thing. --bonadea contributions talk 09:24, 7 January 2026 (UTC)
- If it has been draftified already and the author recreated it that counts as an objection to draftificatiom per WP:DRAFTNO. I would suggest a BLPPROD or AfD rather than draftifying again, as it's likely to just be moved back a third time. CoconutOctopus talk 09:29, 7 January 2026 (UTC)

Regarding Draft:Adel Adili
[edit]Regarding Draft:Adel Adili - Feedback from MCA Timber Editorial Team Hi Bonadea, I am writing to you on behalf of the editorial team at MCA Timber regarding the recent "Reject" status of the draft for Adel Adili. We were quite concerned by the decision, as it seems there has been a significant misunderstanding of both the artist’s professional standing and the intent behind recent edits. Mr. Adili is a visual artist with over 35 years of experience in the global VFX industry, including lead creative roles in major international cinema. We would like to clarify two points: Technical confusion: The recent removal of templates (blanking) was not a bad-faith attempt to disrupt the page. Our team was simply trying to resolve the "Invalid topic" red-flag notifications that appeared on the dashboard. As we are still learning the technical intricacies of Wikipedia’s interface, this was a naive attempt to "fix" a visual error, not to hide previous review history. Identity Correction: A major reason for this draft is that "Adel Adili" is currently linked on various film pages to an unrelated athlete (Adel Adili ). We are attempting to provide a properly sourced biography to ensure Wikipedia’s internal linking for these major film projects is accurate. We believe the sources provided, such as Entrepreneur and Firstpost, meet the criteria for significant coverage. If the rejection is based on a specific professional evaluation of the portfolio's merit, we would appreciate a detailed explanation so we can understand why such a high-profile career is being deemed "not notable". We hope we can move past the technical misunderstandings and focus on the factual merits of the subject's career.
