I'm Jahnavi, a design researcher at the Wikimedia Foundation (WMF). The Language and Product Localization Team is conducting a study on how editors create new articles or add new sections to existing articles on Wikipedia. We’d also like you to explore some design concepts and provide feedback. I see you've been doing some work in this area, and I wondered if you might think about your change to Faggot (food) with me for a moment? Faggots are fantastic, but I don't believe that they are a dish that deserves this categorisation, as the caul is used purely to maintain the shape of the faggot during cooking, rather than as an integral necessary part of the dish. @Roxy the dog Thanks for the message -- Id be more inclined to agree if there was a common catchall for 'meat in caul fat', like 'sausage' is for meat in intestine, but as the encyclopedia currently stands, I think it is useful to include in this new category for improved navigation and expansion efforts. Id encourage you to keep the categorization and investigate other similar foods in the category-- maybe there is a superior treatment I'm unaware of.
