[edit]I did provide a source but the source says “I know of a popular and charismatic British politician who has terminal oesophageal cancer and has been given months to live.” In other words, the source doesn’t say who it is. - If it doesn't say who the politician is, it's not appropriate to speculatively add the information to Phillip Oppenheim (and the other articles you added it to). A forum isn't a reliable source even if it did name the person, as anyone can contribute anything without fact-checking. See WP:RS for what constitutes a reliable source for Wikipedia's purposes.
