Hey, I feel like the closure of the move discussion was premature; as is, I believe it should have been kept open or closed as no consensus. Are you willing to revert your closure? Cukie Gherkin (talk) 18:30, 16 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think the closure was premature or wrong. The few oppose !votes were, as I saw it, pretty much on WP:IDONTLIKEIT lines as a relister noted. There are existing examples of leetspeak-titled articles as was noted in the discussion, and a number of sources were listed to determine that the proposed title was the WP:COMMONNAME. The nominator extensively laid out why the title fell within the acceptable limits of MOS:TE; for these reasons, I closed the discussion in favor of the proposed title. Maybe I should have written this all out in the closing comment, but beyond that, I don't necessarily see large issues with the closure itself. Of the three oppose !votes, two of them cite policy, so I do not agree that this is a case of WP:IDONTLIKEIT. It comes off like a SUPERVOTE to have a non-admin closure, and despite there being backlogs, it's important to also be mindful of potential inaccuracies or misunderstandings. - Cukie Gherkin (talk) 01:51, 17 November 2025 (UTC)[reply]
