New Article Help
[edit]Thanks for looking at the new Wisconsin article. Bradley Impact Fund. I appreciate you starting the talk page and fixing the logo. It's been a long time since I edited with any frequency and I'm rusty.
I tried to avoid big errors by working on this potential article in my sandbox as a draft first, but feel tentative about it.
In any event, I really appreciate your additions of the talk page. Thanks. Capitalismojo (talk) 11:11, 27 February 2026 (UTC)
- @Capitalismojo: I just did some minor tweaking. If, though, you're feeling a bit rusty when it comes to Wikipedia and creating new articles, you might want to use the WP:AFC to do so until you feel you're back up to speed. Using AfC isn't required in most cases, but it does ask someone else to formally review a draft before its moved to the mainspace, which sometimes leads to things being cleaned up a bit. -- Marchjuly (talk) 00:12, 1 March 2026 (UTC)
Question from Guilherme Carlos dos Anjos (20:19, 4 March 2026)
[edit]Hey, i wanna trasnlate --Guilherme Carlos dos Anjos (talk) 20:19, 4 March 2026 (UTC)
- Hi Guilherme Carlos dos Anjos. If you want to translate English Wikipedia articles into some other language, please take a look at Wikipedia:Translate us. If, on the other hand, you want to translate article found one of the non-English Wikipedias into English, please take a look at Wikipedia:Translation. Wikipedia has manyl policies and guidelines that apply directly or indirectly to translating Wikipedia content in addition to general editing; so, it's a good idea to familiarize yourself with the improtant ones before starting. Wikipedia also really only wants good translations, and it wants them done by individuals (not translation software or AI); so, you should be pretty proficient in both the source and target languages of whatever you want to translate. Really bad translations or machine/AI translations tend to end up being nominated, tagged or proposed for deletion, usually fairly quickly, when found. -- Marchjuly (talk) 21:12, 4 March 2026 (UTC)
