[edit]Hello! Voting in the 2025 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 1 December 2025. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2025 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:35, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
Table error in album sandboxes
[edit]There is a syntax error in your album sandboxes. When this error message is rendered:
<span style="color:red;">ERROR in "InvalidChart": Unknown chart "InvalidChart".</span>
you need to render a pipe before the span tag so that the tag is placed inside a table cell. The missing pipe causes the text to render above the table instead of inside it. You can see the problem in this test case. – Jonesey95 (talk) 21:07, 6 January 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks, fixed. Solidest (talk) 21:56, 6 January 2026 (UTC)
Problem after music chart module migration
[edit]Hi,
Regarding chart tables templates, they don't work for Céline Dion anymore. I assume it's because of "é". I believe it's the same for all artist with special characters in their names. Could you fix it? Max24 (talk) 14:00, 11 January 2026 (UTC)
- Hi. Could you please provide the specific page and indicate the affected charts for testing? Solidest (talk) 14:16, 11 January 2026 (UTC)
- UPD: Found the one myself: Celine Dion (album)#Weekly charts - Australia plus some others. Gonna take a look. Solidest (talk) 14:22, 11 January 2026 (UTC)
- Great. It's about all of her discography and countries like Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. You can check it on her Courage (Celine Dion album) article, there are all of these charts :) Thanks. Max24 (talk) 15:32, 11 January 2026 (UTC)
- Fixed. All these charts used the old ANSI special character encoding instead of the modern UTF8. I added support for it. At the same time, I reworked the encoding specifications for individual charts so that they could be selected in a more intuitive and flexible way. Thank you for reporting this! - Wow, you did so quickly!. Thank you very much :) Max24 (talk) 17:54, 11 January 2026 (UTC)
