Significant Copy/Paste from programming forum that asserts a incompatible copyright licence to WP. Single reference seems to be only way to assert it's notability, but is under a week old and a novel concept. Fails WP:GNG,WP:CRYSTAL,WP:MADEUP. Could potentially qualify for a CSD:G12 (of the single reference) but because there was enough differences and paraphrasing I did not feel that this was an unequivical case.
