The only cited reference does not mention a "Development Fraction". It does mention a Fraction of Upholders of the Proclamation and a National Progressive Fraction but no Development Fraction. • Keep – I checked the Indonesian Wikipedia article and it gave the English translation "Upbuilding Fraction". I checked the aforementioned sole source given and sure enough on page 472 it describes an Upbuilding Fraction the same way as this article.   That is correct, @Yue, thanks. The "Upbuilding fraction" is mentioned once in the book. Still, that is not enough substantive coverage for a standalone article. Probably a redirect to House of Representatives (Indonesia, 1956–1959) is the best option. That article does mention a 7-men fraction called "Development" tout court. I think the other two articles about fractions, that I mentioned above, can also be transformed into redirects to the same destination page. Would you agree to a redirect, @Altenmann?
