Not Sure while there are lots of primary sources there are also a lot of minor mentions in secondary sources. It is hard to dig through and find what I am looking for. The hurdle seems to be WP:NGO It meets one, "1. The scope of their activities is national or international in scale." easily but for two "2. The organization has received significant coverage in multiple reliable sources that are independent of the organization." it is harder to judge, there are so many, and many are borderline.
