Contested PROD (I realise, looking through the article history, that I'd inadvertently re-PROD'd it on seeing it on New Page Patrol), with the removal coming complete with no rationale on either occasion. This would appear to be a classic case of Wikipedia not being a how-to guide which should probably have been deleted due to the first PROD, but here we are.
