Non-encyclopedic "how-to" program, essentially just a personal exercise routine. No evidence of notability even within the Marine Corps, much less in general. Thisвава article helped me go from barely being able to do 10 pull ups to being able to pump 30 at a moment's notice. Wikipedia is not a how-to guide. There are other websites for things like that, and while the article was tagged for a transwiki to Wikibooks for almost two years, so it seems that they don't want it. You could try WikiHow. Your comparison to the utility of other articles is also not a strong argument; a deletion discussion is supposed to evaluate an article based on its own merits, rather than how it compares to others. bahamut0013^words _deeds 09:56, 18 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
