Merge to Make in India, didn't realize that this existed. It definitely would be the proper place for this slogan though.

Comment - All of the news coverage simply note the slogan. So far I see no legislation or long term effect of encyclopedic note. As it stands this is appropriate for comment in a larger article but not for its own article. We do not document every political slogan. Merge/Redirect to Narendra Modi. There are passing mentions of the slogan here and there. However, not enough coverage to warrant an article of it's own.
