Masud rana
This is a variant capitalization of Draft:Masud Rana, which has been indefinitely create-protected (admin only) in draft space due to repeated recreation. The title exists in article space, but is a different fictional person. The person who is the subject of this draft has been the subject of a persistent effort of promotion and of sockpuppetry, see Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Masud rana505.
