Hello! I have over 2,800+ edits and have over 4 months of experience. I would like to have file mover rights so I can rename not great-named files. I read the naming policies and I know how when and when not to rename files. File mover rights would help me improve Wikipedia unlike I could before. Choosing a file that was already tagged for speedy deletion as having been moved to Commons was a strange choice.
