PythonSwarm, f/k/a ThesenatorO5-2, is blocked on three wikis, glocked, and has been blocked on Phabricator under at least two separate accounts. The essence of their issue is IDHT / CIR, originally causing problems on Phab by messing about with tickets that they did not actually understand, and eventually that spread to projectspace here and on meta, resulting in their blocks.
