Sunni Region vs West Iraq

[edit]

Hello, I would like to request more people from this wikiproject to voice their opinions on a discussion. I would prefer for "Sunni Region" to be the only and sole name in usage for the article, but someone else has stated that both the names "Sunni Region" and "West Iraq" should be used together.

Said discussion can be found here: Talk:Sunni_Region#Name_consistancy_for_the_article GuesanLoyalist (talk) 01:28, 18 January 2026 (UTC)[reply]

Eid al-Fitr DYK Set

[edit]

There is a discussion happening on a WP:DYK set themed around Eid this March, Wikipedia talk:Did you know#Should we do an Eid al-Fitr set this March. I figured that, since it is related to this WikiProject, I would notify this WikiProject of it. Much work needs to be done for it, so help is welcome. If you are a new user who is interested but unsure where to start, read WP:DYKRULES and you can leave a message on my talkpage (I can help you).
