Rithwik Aryan (born 22 October, 1999) is an Indian author and columnist who rose to prominence after the success of his debut novel 'Out of Madness'.[1]

Rithwik wrote Out of Madness after dropping out of Harvard and spending 1.5 years in two of India's most notorious mental asylums.[2]

Out of Madness is a Psychological Thriller/ Dark Comedy novel which tells the story of Mason Moron, a 24 years old Assistant Professor of Psychology who fakes his death and disappears for six long years after being cheated upon by his wife.[3] The story covers what he does in those six years of his absence. Towards the end of the story, Moron ends up in a mental asylum where his path corsses with Miss Staci (the most sensational actress of our generation), who is battling a near fatal morphine addiction inside the asylum.
