This is pure WP:OR, very poorly referenced, and mostly discussing real science. BEFORE shows this term is used - for real science. What we have here, however, is a mess (mostly unreferenced science essay following a brief introduction that talks about SF...). WP:TNT is needed, IF this is even a notable concept.
