For instance, we don't use honorifics like "Seyyed" in front of a person's name. @Doug Weller: Most Western news agencies disseminate misinformation, propagate conspiracy theories, and engage in various other questionable practices that may not even cross your mind. I frequently read articles regarding Israel's relations and the conspiracies surrounding Iran. They manipulate platforms like Wikipedia, purchasing content and redirecting historical narratives. Ultimately, Wikipedia is not of significant importance. I can confidently assert that this is all driven by financial motives rather than honesty or genuine scientific and historical inquiry. @Championmin We are going to have to disagree on this. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable about conspiracy theories, misinformation etc. It's not impossible but it's not easy to manipulate articles here, and the Foundation itself has dealt with such efforts in the past. Re the discussion just above: I'm afraid you're not entitled to your own personal selection of reliable sources. Since you have now been told of WP:RSNP (see specifically WP:PRESSTV and read the linked discussions there), you will be sanctioned next time you attempt to use Press TV. You will also be sanctioned next time you attack fellow editors, as you did here and here. Regarding your suggestion that an editor from "elsewhere" has no right to be writing abut Iran, it goes completely against Wikipedia's ethos, as does your suggestion above that Wikipedia is "driven by financial motives". If you think this news agency's news is unreliable, then the basis of our understanding of world events is very different. Very different. So we will definitely face these kinds of problems, it's natural.

I no longer use Press TV, although it is our national (Iranian) news outlet for English peoples. It is also broadcast in several other languages. While our intellectual concerns may seem unusual, they are, from another perspective, every part of it, is a component of an intelligent design which appear at the end of story. When governments cease manipulating people's minds, individuals will be able to live, love, and even die in peace.
